Reporting Structure: HR Manager
Job Summary:
As an HR Executive at Your Company Name, you will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle from hiring to separation. Our ideal candidate should have experience in handling HR-related tasks and should be familiar with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
Managing employee separation processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
2+ years of experience in HR or a related field
Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
Zonal Manager (ZM)
Educational Background:
B.B.A/BSC/BA/BSS/Equivalent
Salary : 40,000/=
There should be the ability to lead the depot/ dealer/show-room search and lead the sales team.
Additional Job Requirements:
Candidate’s age not less than 20 & not over 55 years Experience is not mandatory Should have basic computer knowledge Ability to work under pressure Duty: Per day 8 hours (09 am to 05 pm) The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning/Development, Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Customer Support/Client Service,Distribution/Supply Chain Management, Market Research, Retail Stores/ Shops, Retail Sales.
Job Location :Anywhere in Bangladesh.
Salary Range : 30,000+10,000/- Tk Include TA/DA, Mobile bill and others. Company will provide half yearly 10 % increment Yearly three basic bonuses (02 festival 01 annual bonus)
